picture editing for members

ok i was wanting to add a photo editor like inkscape to my site so members can edit there photos Anyone have a idea how i should go about this. Site is www.1159videos.com its got a photo area and ive had some members wanting to water mark their pictures or tweak them some. By adding borders or flames or words etc.

Im wanting to actually add my own widget that allows the members to edit or make slides on my own site,id be willing to talk to someone to add it to my site even if we can find some code my sites growing so i want to add more features. Thanks

I came across a site a while ago that offers a program you can install on your server to do exactly that, i just cant find it now! I will let you know if i can find the bookmark.
