Any PHP library to create .ico? Or just to convert a PNG to ICO?

A quick search shows: http://www.phpclasses.org/browse/file/9705.html (which is grabbing from an .ico and converting to png. But I'd recommend something like phpThumb() -> http://phpthumb.sourceforge.net
