question about IP

Hello everyone, i have 1 free IP in my dedicated server that i am not using.. my question is.. can i point that IP to an specific url ? i do not want a simple redirect, i want it to point to the address. for example 66.29.3.66 points to http://mydomain.com Thanks!

Are you using cPanel/WHM? If so read http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/Add_a_DNS_Zone.htm
