Dataphorce update
Posted by AL-Benjamin, 09-27-2001, 12:58 PM Hi there, this is really just an update to the thread i started ages ago See here about dataphorce.com as you can't edit threads after a particular time i have had to start a new one (mods feel free to tell me of if there is a better way to do this ) I just thought i'd let you know that this company, even after they have closed accounts as requested, still continue to bill people. I have been told twice now that the money will be rturned. But it hasn't. I am now having to go through the hassle of getting it returned by my credit card company. so, just a warning to anyone thinking of using them. Don't.
Posted by {NIRMANI}, 09-27-2001, 01:33 PM Yes I agree; They seem to be sleeping 23 hours a day & just wake to bill people. The support center doesnt even bother to answer support emails. Seems like they are going to die... They have good ideas & costs but the implementation lacks heavily. If you like frequent downtimes & mailing same problem 10 times to the support email > Then I recommend them
