Need Script for small business.

I need to post quotes to customers in a secure login area, so want something where I can issue each customer their own User n Pass. I would like to know when these customers login to their area. Their area just needs to be something simple where they can read the quote, see photos or images. I need something very simple and easy to use. Any suggestions please? thankyou.

The business sells a particular type of windows for housing and a quote would just be a simple 1 page of some written content along with photos and diagrams. We only need the customer to have access for several weeks at which stage we can close down their file. I want it simple so the sales staff can log in, create a file for the customer, email the customer their User and Pass and Login URL. The customers would not be doing any editing. I also would like to know when customers have logged in. That is really all I need. But I just want something that has been around for awhile, not still in Beta if possible. I would appreciate any further recommendations you have and Ill give them all a look, thankyou.
