SVN web interface

I want to install SVN server on my VPS along with a web based tool to manage it. Any suggestions for the web based admin tool for SVN. Required Features - Add/edit/delete/manage users - add/edit/delete/manage repo - add/edit/delete/manage users access on different repos Optional features - able to publish the repo/branch on a defined path Any suggestions
