CMS for File Management?

is there a php app out there that allows you up upload/delete files and create/delete dirs? I want to add something like that to my website.

There is a script called AjaXplorer that is free. I LOVE it, as it's intuitive for my end users to use, and allows me to set up fine-grained permissions on a user/group level as well.

Hi, Cms is for content management like constructing website we can use it for file management by making some changes and construct a website for storing files if this is what youo want then i will explain in detail
